Give customers a consistent way to describe their experience after an order or support interaction. ReviewList invitations welcome positive, mixed and negative feedback. The Free workspace includes up to 50 invitation recipients per calendar month in UTC. Sending depends on the connected email service and your remaining allowance; the workspace shows availability before you confirm.
Start with ownership and an appropriate customer list
Sign in, claim the correct store domain and verify it with a unique DNS TXT record. A verified owner manages campaign recipients. Add email addresses manually or upload a CSV. The supported headers are email, name and orderReference; email is required, while name and orderReference can be omitted or blank. Duplicate email addresses within the import are combined. You must confirm permission to request feedback.
Choose a real customer cohort without selecting people by expected sentiment. Keep private customer records out of your public profile. An order reference is optional operational context, not independent proof of a purchase. The invitation does not mark an experience as purchase-verified.
Preview first, then confirm the send
Creating a draft does not send an email. Check the recipient list, neutral message and available quota, then confirm sending in the workspace. Free campaigns send one invitation per recipient; automatic reminders are not a Free feature. ReviewList does not synchronize orders from Shopify or WooCommerce. You supply the list or share your direct review link through your own permitted customer communication.
Follow the outcome without inventing a result
Campaign reporting distinguishes sending and delivery activity from matched review submissions. A submission still requires independent moderation before publication. Emails include a store-specific unsubscribe link, and opt-outs, bounces and complaints prevent further invitations from that store. A delivered request does not guarantee a review, a published rating or a sale. Paid checkout is not currently available; start with the working Free allowance.
Questions about review invitations
Can I request reviews only from happy customers?
Use a fair, neutral customer cohort and welcome all honest feedback. Do not make the public review link conditional on a favorable satisfaction score or promise rewards for favorable ratings.
Does an invitation verify a purchase?
No. Matching a recipient to an invitation records the invitation relationship; it does not independently verify the purchase or prove the content of the review. Reviews remain subject to moderation.
Is there an automated store integration?
There is no native Shopify or WooCommerce order synchronization. You can use a permitted customer CSV, enter recipient addresses, or place your direct review link in your existing follow-up process.
