Take a useful feedback file into your own reporting workflow. The free customer review inbox supports a filtered CSV download of direct company reviews and their public business replies. It exports the full matching collection across inbox pages, subject to explicit record and size limits. Private customer contacts, order records and proof files never belong in this file.
Find the feedback relevant to your task
Sign in to a verified store workspace and open Customer reviews. Search a phrase in titles or experience text, select an exact star rating, choose a keyword topic and filter answered or unanswered reviews. You can combine these with all experience dates or the last 30, 90 or 365 days. Change newest or oldest ordering and view 25 or 50 records per page. Applying a filter never changes which reviews remain public.
For example, an owner may inspect unanswered delivery accounts from the last 90 days before planning a support review. Topic matching uses English keywords, regardless of the star rating. It can miss relevant accounts or include unrelated wording. A topic match is not a detected defect, sentiment score, incident rate or independent verification of an account.
Download matching feedback across every page
Choose Export matching feedback after applying the filters. The CSV contains the rating, title, review text, public reviewer display name, experience date, public business response and the response update date. Review periods use the experience dates supplied by reviewers. Text is quoted for a spreadsheet, and potentially executable spreadsheet formulas are treated as text.
The download includes every matching record across pages, up to 10,000 reviews and the 8 MiB estimated download allowance. If the selection is larger, the workspace asks you to narrow the filters and produces no partial file. The number of exported reviews is reported after download. A zero-match selection leaves the export control unavailable.
Know what is included and what stays private
Only currently published direct company reviews from the selected store are included. Product feedback, imported collections, pending moderation, rejected or removed reviews and duplicates are excluded. Membership is checked for the requested store at the time of the download; selecting another store identifier does not grant access.
The file excludes customer email addresses, order references, invitation links, evidence uploads, private source records and internal moderation notes. A public display name is a contributor’s chosen name, not an independent identity check. Do not enrich the export with private customer details for a public response or publish the file as a list of verified purchases.
Put the file to work without distorting feedback
Open the file in a spreadsheet and group specific written experiences into follow-up tasks. Keep the export date and selected filters with the report. Read full accounts before attributing an issue to fulfillment, an item or support. A one-star company rating can cover multiple aspects of an experience; it is not a score for a single keyword topic.
Exports are a point-in-time copy. The live profile may change when reviewers edit or remove feedback, moderation changes publication or a business reply is updated. Download a fresh file before a later analysis. Use the live inbox for public responses and the Insights tab for current direct-rating distribution and response coverage.
Questions about review exports
Can I download feedback on the Free plan?
Yes. This direct-company-feedback download is available to accounts with access to the verified store workspace. It does not require a paid checkout or a private API key.
Does exporting remove reviews or reveal customer emails?
No. Exporting is a read-only operation. The file includes public feedback fields and responses, and excludes customer email, order and private evidence records.
Does the export stop at the current inbox page?
No. It includes the full filtered selection across pages, within the 10,000-review and 8 MiB estimated size allowances. A selection exceeding either allowance is blocked rather than silently truncated.
