REAL EXPERIENCES. FAIR CONVERSATIONS.

Tell your story, thoughtfully.

Positive, negative, or somewhere in between: a useful review comes from a real experience.

Share your own experience.

Review a business you have actually interacted with. Be specific about what happened and when. Do not impersonate another person, copy someone else’s review, or review a business you own or manage.

Keep it relevant and respectful.

Describe service, products, communication, and outcomes you experienced. Avoid threats, hate speech, harassment, promotional spam, private contact information, and claims you cannot substantiate. Explain what went wrong without making unsupported allegations.

One current review per business.

You can edit your review as your experience develops. Updates return to moderation. Review dates must describe an experience in the past. Your public display name can be changed from your account.

Accounts and verification.

An account is required to submit. Password registration does not verify an email address, and a review does not receive a verification badge merely because it was submitted. If purchase evidence is supported by the configured private storage service, a moderator may inspect it and add a purchase-verification flag. Keep payment card numbers, account passwords, and unrelated personal information out of uploaded evidence.

Moderation applies equally.

Submitted reviews enter a queue. Moderators assess policy compliance and record reasons for decisions. A critical review that follows these guidelines is not removed because a business dislikes it or pays for a subscription. Businesses can respond to first-party reviews and can request policy-based disputes free of charge.

Reports and appeals.

Use the report action on a review to identify a concern. Authors can appeal a rejected review from their account. Moderators review reported content and appeals using the same guidelines. Reports are not automatic removal requests. Imported review corrections and deletions can also be propagated from the authorized source.

Businesses: invite fairly.

Invite authentic customers to share honest feedback. Do not require a positive rating, offer rewards conditional on sentiment, or selectively invite only satisfied customers. Responses should address the experience without exposing private customer information.
