Email support
Include the relevant ReviewList page URL and a short explanation of the problem. If you are asking about your account, identify the email address you used to sign in. Do not email passwords, sign-in tokens, payment-card details or unrelated customer records.
This link opens your own email application. ReviewList does not submit a contact form or send a message on your behalf from this page. No response-time guarantee is offered.
Account and business self-service
- Sign in or request access to your account.
- Edit or remove your own ReviewList review.
- Open your business workspace.
- Understand DNS domain verification.
A submitted review may be awaiting moderation. Check your account and read the review guidelines before reporting a publication problem. A business owner can use the workspace for a specific review dispute.
Factual corrections and publication questions.
Send the company or review URL, identify the specific statement and explain the requested correction. Keep the information relevant and avoid attaching private customer documents unless support has explained an appropriate way to provide them. A report does not guarantee removal; legitimate criticism and positive feedback follow the same publication standards. See the review methodology for collection and evidence boundaries.
Privacy requests.
Use the same support address for a privacy request. The privacy page describes the information used for accounts, invitations and measurement, as well as available account controls. Do not paste a one-time sign-in link or password into your request.
Problems with an order belong with the seller.
ReviewList records experiences and provides review tools. It does not fulfill retail orders, issue the seller's refunds or operate the retailer's support team. Contact the merchant or marketplace through its official support channel for purchase questions. If you later choose to review your experience, use the correct company and describe what happened factually without exposing personal information.
