Manage and respond to customer reviews

Read published direct customer reviews, see feedback awaiting a reply and respond publicly from an authorized ReviewList business workspace.

Keep direct customer feedback and your public response in one authorized workspace. ReviewList’s Customer reviews area shows published direct company reviews, existing business replies and feedback awaiting a response. Submitted reviews pass through moderation first. Your public company profile can also contain separate collected review sets; those do not become direct submissions or a blended customer rating.

Read the specific experience before responding

Start with the experience date, written details and any existing response. A star rating alone does not explain what the customer encountered. The workspace distinguishes published reviews from submissions awaiting moderation. Product reviews are separate from company service feedback. Check the actual issue rather than assuming an invitation, account or written order reference has independently verified a purchase.

An authorized business member can respond to eligible published direct company feedback. The overview highlights unanswered reviews, making it easier to find a useful next task. You can also start with the free reply-template tool, but that draft is not posted until you deliberately submit a response through your workspace.

Make a public reply useful and accurate

Acknowledge the concern in your own words, explain a supported next step and offer your actual private support route if order-specific discussion is needed. Avoid publishing addresses, email conversations, full order references or unrelated personal information. Do not claim a refund, investigation or resolution occurred unless your business can support it. Templates need editing for the review in front of you.

Keep moderation independent

Businesses can raise a review dispute from the workspace when there is a specific policy or factual concern. Disagreeing with a low rating is not a reason to erase an honest experience. A dispute does not guarantee removal, and claiming a profile or paying for a plan does not buy a rating or a moderation outcome. The same review standards apply to positive and negative feedback. Free review replies are available without a paid checkout; billing is not currently connected for purchases.

Questions about review management

Will every submitted review appear immediately?

No. Submitted direct reviews await independent moderation. The workspace keeps pending submissions separate from published company reviews, which can receive a public business response.

Can I pay to remove a negative review?

No. Profile ownership and plan status do not purchase review removal, rating changes or different moderation standards. A specific dispute can be reviewed under the same policy regardless of sentiment.

Does the reply tool publish my response?

The free template tool only creates editable text. To publish a response, sign in to an authorized business workspace, open Customer reviews and submit it for the specific published direct company review.
