Review request email template

Create a neutral customer review request with your public store name, website and ReviewList review link. Edit and copy the draft without an account.

Create your draft

No account needed. These inputs stay in this page and are not sent to ReviewList. Use public business details only.

Enter the domain or its homepage URL. Do not paste checkout, account or invitation links. This tool validates the format; it does not check the website or create a profile.

Your editable template

Ask only people with a real experience, use the same neutral approach for positive and negative feedback, and honor requests to stop receiving emails. Test your review link before sending.

A request for an honest experience

Use this tool when you are ready to invite someone who has actually experienced your store. Enter the public store name and its homepage domain, then optionally add a customer display name. The result contains a subject, neutral message and ReviewList review URL. A domain-format check does not establish that the store exists or create its profile.

How to use the template

  1. Enter your public name and root website domain.
  2. Generate a draft, then read and edit every sentence in the output.
  3. Open the review URL yourself and confirm it reaches the correct company.
  4. Copy the text. If clipboard access is unavailable, select and copy it manually.
  5. Send only to an appropriate, permitted recipient list and honor opt-outs.

Fictional teaching example

For Example Store at example.com, a subject could read “Share your experience with Example Store.” The message welcomes positive, mixed and negative feedback and makes taking part optional. Example Store is fictional; the example is a business draft, not a real customer review or an invitation that has been sent.

Connect the draft to a working review process

ReviewList campaigns add recipient handling, preview, delivery status and a store-specific opt-out. The Free workspace allows up to 50 invitation recipients per calendar month in UTC, subject to sending availability. A request is not a guaranteed review, and submitted reviews pass through independent moderation.

Questions about this tool

Does this tool send the request or create a store profile?

No. It creates an editable draft in this page. It does not send email, check the website or create a profile. Test the review link before sending, and use the business workspace to claim your profile or run a consented invitation campaign.

Should I ask only customers who are likely to leave a positive review?

Use a consistent, neutral approach for customers with a real experience. Welcome positive, mixed and negative feedback. Do not make access to the review link depend on a satisfaction score, and do not promise a reward for a favorable rating.

Where do my inputs go?

The template inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to ReviewList. Closing or refreshing the page clears the draft. Enter public business details only. The template output is editable and is copied only when you choose Copy template.
