Create your draft

No account needed. These inputs stay in this page and are not sent to ReviewList. Use public business details only.

Your editable template

Remove private customer and order information. Verify every fact and support contact before posting. The draft does not confirm a purchase, investigation, refund or resolution.

A reply you can stand behind

Use this tool to begin a measured public response without entering a customer complaint or private purchase records. Select delivery, returns, support, quality or general feedback. Add your public business name and an optional support email. The result acknowledges the topic and offers a private contact route; it does not invent what happened.

How to use the template

  1. Enter your public business name and choose the feedback topic.
  2. Generate a draft, then read and edit every sentence in the output.
  3. Confirm that the support contact works and that any extra facts are accurate.
  4. Copy the text. If clipboard access is unavailable, select and copy it manually.
  5. Post only from an authorized business account after checking the specific review.

Fictional teaching example

For fictional Example Store, a delivery reply begins by thanking the customer for sharing a delivery experience. It asks to understand the concern and suggests contacting support@example.com privately. That address and business are examples. The wording deliberately avoids saying an order was verified, a parcel located or a refund issued.

Connect the draft to a working review process

An authorized workspace lets you reply to published direct company reviews and see feedback awaiting a response. Collected review sets and product feedback remain separate. A public reply is a place to explain a supported next step, while private order verification belongs in the business’s own support process.

Questions about this tool

Does the template confirm that the problem has been fixed?

No. The draft acknowledges feedback and suggests a private contact route. It does not confirm an investigation, a purchase, a refund or a resolution. Add only facts and next steps your business can support before publishing a reply.

Should I paste a customer review or order details into the tool?

No. Choose a broad topic instead. The tool only needs your public business name and, optionally, a public support email. Remove private customer or order information from the finished reply and use your own secure support channel for verification.

Will this publish a business response on ReviewList?

No. You can edit and copy the draft without an account. To publish a response to a direct ReviewList company review, sign in to an authorized business workspace, open Customer reviews, check the specific feedback and submit your response there.
