The support from Hostinger is second to none
The support from Hostinger is second to none. I know very little about web design but was shown step by step exactly how to do everything I needed to do. I was quoted $400 to do what Hostinger has shown me to do. Cannot praise this company enough, would give more stars than 5 if I could

1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Support. Paying for Hosting, Getting Excuses Instead of Solutions.
My experience with Hostinger's technical support has been absolutely unacceptable.
I run a business website hosted on Hostinger. Recently, I discovered a serious security issue: unauthorised casino-related content had appeared on my WordPress website, including seven hidden gambling backlinks injected into the homepage HTML.
I spent hours investigating the problem myself. I identified the suspicious HTML container, documented the malicious links, collected screenshots, and provided the exact code to Hostinger's support team.
I wasn't asking them to redesign my website, build a feature, or perform ordinary development work. I was reporting a potential security compromise affecting a website hosted on their platform.
And what did I get?
Excuses about what falls outside their support scope, references to package limitations, and suggestions to read guides.
Seriously, Hostinger?
A customer reports unauthorised code and hidden spam links on a hosted website, provides specific technical evidence, and the response is essentially to explain why helping isn't included?
I understand that hosting providers cannot be responsible for every WordPress development issue. But there is a massive difference between requesting custom development and asking for meaningful assistance investigating a possible security compromise.
At the very least, I expected a serious technical review, clear findings about what they could investigate, and a practical path towards resolving the issue.
Instead, I was left wasting more time explaining the problem than receiving useful assistance.
What exactly is the value of technical support if a paying customer facing a serious security concern is repeatedly directed towards documentation and package restrictions?
I am not claiming Hostinger caused the compromise. My complaint is about the support experience after I reported it.
Hosting isn't just about keeping a server online. It's also about how a provider responds when customers encounter serious problems.
Based on this experience, my confidence in Hostinger's support has been severely damaged.
I would strongly caution business owners against relying on Hostinger's advertised support without first understanding exactly what assistance their hosting package actually includes.
Extremely frustrating, deeply disappointing, and nowhere near the level of support I expected from a professional hosting provider.
1/5 stars.
Historical email linkage needs clear ownership and investigation
I own mncspace.com and contacted Hostinger on 11 October 2026 while trying to resolve a business-email setup blocker.
Human support confirmed that my domain is currently under my account, but also reported a historical Hostinger email plan under a different masked account. I do not recognize or recall authorizing that association. Support said the plan was cancelled more than 30 days ago and they could no longer confirm whether mailbox addresses had been created.
I appreciate that agents reviewed the issue and placed my grievance in a specialist queue. However, at the time of writing, I still have no case reference, named specialist, investigation timetable, or explanation of how the historical service was linked and authorized. The back-and-forth has taken time away from building MNC Space and left me concerned about accountability.
I understand Hostinger cannot release a domain association inside Zoho. My request to Hostinger is separate: investigate its own historical service linkage, preserve relevant records, explain the owner-verification safeguards, and provide lawful owner-accessible or redacted findings and a clear resolution plan.
This is not an allegation of a proven hack or unauthorized mailbox access; those facts remain unconfirmed. This review reflects my same-day experience, and the response windows I requested have not yet elapsed. I will update it when substantive findings and a resolution are provided.
