The comapny is great the website is easy but the customer service really sucks... in fact it is the worst I have ever experienced. I stay because 99% of the time i dont need the assistance, but with my very important sites i have begun migrating them to another service with a1 cs.... just saying. It would not cost that much to employ 12 people in the US to manage the service part

0/5 – Extremely Poor Service My email service has been down for the past four days, and despite repeatedly contacting Hostinger support, the issue remains unresolved. Not a single email is being delivered successfully, which is seriously affecting my work. The support team keeps providing instructions without offering a proper, permanent solution. I have wasted valuable time following their steps, but the problem continues. I expect a reliable email service, not repeated excuses and delays. If Hostinger cannot resolve this issue promptly, I expect a refund for the remaining service period after deducting the charges for the last two months. I am extremely disappointed with Hostinger's email service and customer support. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I moved from another host site to Hostinger
I moved from another host site to Hostinger a couple years ago. It has been a very good choice. I have always been able to get done what I logged in to do. I am not a professional so I had a lot of questions and they were always answered no matter how long it took me to get things done. My sites have always been up and running. No down time. Their customer service is the best I have used anywhere. The assistant will stay online with you no matter how long it takes or how many questions you ask. Hostinger is definitely a five star host as far as I am concerned. Excellent..!

Helped fixed the SSH connection problem
Review the problem closely and gave multiple solutions and 1 of which worked. i had spend hours on it fixing by self but hostinger support showed the missing piece
