Seller shipped the item very quickly
Seller shipped the item very quickly. It was undamaged when it arrived. There was some weird gunk around the camera's. I had to clean that off. Outside of that one thing everything else was excellent.

I've had three very successful used iPhone purchases on Swappa platform
I have had three very successful refurbished iPhone purchase transactions with two specific vendors on the Swappa platform. The first was in June 2020, second in April 2025 and the third was in August 2026. Each time, the phone arrived as described. I had a concern with the second phone, so the vendor offered a reasonable option. Ends up I didn't need to follow up (issue resolved w/o vendor's assistance), but I appreciated the responsiveness and follow up. The transaction date that I entered was the most recent of the three.
