9 published company reviews mention quality & condition. Read the accounts, their dates and the questions that help put them in context.

Reviews are selected by English keywords in their titles or text, regardless of rating. Matching can include unrelated uses of a word and miss relevant experiences. It does not verify a claim, measure an incident rate, infer sentiment or establish a company policy. Product reviews are excluded. SUTA: A Discount Should Never Mean Compromised Quality

Dear SUTA, this is not about the discount. It is about the way you treat a customer. I recently ordered two co-ord sets from SUTA. They were discounted, yes. But what arrived at my doorstep was genuinely disappointing. Late delivery - The products were barely packaged. The fabric was extremely crumpled and wrinkled, and the entire package looked as though the products had simply been wrapped up and sent out without any care or attention. I want to be very clear: *I have absolutely no problem buying discounted products.* What I do have a problem with is the assumption that because a product is discounted, the customer should accept a significantly compromised experience. When I raised the issue, I was told that discounted products are non-returnable. That raises a very basic question: ::: **re discounted products being sold simply because they are discounted, or are customers expected to accept products that may not meet the brand's usual standards?** If a product has a defect, damage, manufacturing issue, old-stock concern or any other reason for being sold at a discount, customers deserve transparency about it. A discount is a pricing decision. It is NOT permission to compromise on how a customer is treated. SUTA may be a large and successful brand, and perhaps doing extremely well financially. But no amount of growth, scale or revenue replaces the fundamentals of customer experience. A customer should feel that their order was packed with care and sent with pride. This one certainly did not. I am tagging SUTA and its founders because I genuinely hope someone in the leadership team sees this, looks into what happened, and asks whether this is really the standard the brand wants to stand for. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for accountability. Pooja Singh #SUTA #CustomerExperience #CustomerService #D2C #BrandExperience

The worst customer service ever !

I ordered a readymade blouse from Suta and when I received it, it didn't fit me well, so I requested for an return label. I was told that it cannot be returned as I used a coupon code (for Rs 140 on a blouse that sold for Rs 2200) that had the coupon code name "NORETURN". I told the customer service rep that coupon code names do NOT mean much, it's just some word that is attached to a certain amount or percentage off, and unless you clearly state that the product cannot be returned if the coupon is applied, it doesn't mean anything. I revisited the website to check if there's any such verbiage at the time of placing the order - the website does NOT warn the customer that the order cannot be returned. On top of that, I was told that even if I am allowed return the product, they only issue a store credit, so you are literally forced to buy a crappy product from a store that doesn't quite care about its customer base or long term growth. Suta doesn't deserve my money, I will take my business elsewhere. I would give it a ZERO rating if I could.

They sent a damaged and used item and they denied to change the piece.

Suta sent me a defective and damaged piece. This is not a stitching defect — the product is clearly torn near the stitching. Selling such a damaged item, which appears to be used, is unacceptable and shows no goodwill towards the customer. This is not how a responsible seller should handle quality issues.

Bad, ill fitting saree blouse

Pricy blouse, looks elegant but terrible, pathetic fit and the mid-rif is loose, but the bust armscye is awfully tight and I tried pulling off a stitch, worse, the armscye is nicked and cut off from sleeve attachment. XS is not the size they claim, it should be two sizes smaller A big no !

saree was good but issue with blouse

I’m quite conflicted in writing this review. I love this brand, have been following them for a while now and finally ordered a saree and a blouse from them. My order arrived very quickly to Australia. Amazing job on that. Saree is beautiful, the quality is excellent. The blouse too is of good material, it’s stitched to look good. I wore it at home to see how it fits. It has a front zip. It zipped down fine, but within seconds the zip kind of broke. The top and bottom of zip remained intact but rest of my chest in the middle got exposed completely. It took me a while to get the zip back up and remove the top somehow. I guess big bust ladies should perhaps size up even if it fits a bit loose cause that zip is not going to hold on if you are moving around or working or bending. It would probably cost me a whole bunch to return the blouse at this point, probably not worth the money to send it back to them and do return process if they even do that. So I’m just giving my honest feedback in case it helps big chested women.

Questions about these reviews

How many Suta reviews mention quality & condition?

This page includes 9 eligible published company reviews selected by topic keywords, dated Jun 4, 2022 through Aug 17, 2026. The selection is not all customer feedback or a verified incident count.

Do these reviews establish Suta's current policy or service performance?

No. These are individual customer accounts. Keywords do not verify a statement, establish an incident rate or prove current delivery, return, warranty, support or billing terms. Read the details and confirm the terms relevant to your purchase directly with the company.

How are the ratings on this quality & condition page calculated?

Each collection keeps its own arithmetic mean of the company-review ratings in this keyword-matched subset. A company review can describe multiple parts of an experience; its stars are not an independently measured topic-only score. Collected reviews and direct submissions remain separate.
