Great product at a great price. The shocks I ordered were shipped from 2 different warehouses without any issues.

Misleading “in-stock”, expect delays
Placed an order for parts marked as “in stock” on website. Waited two weeks and had to follow up with customer service, to be notified that parts were back ordered with no time estimate. Paid more for shocks that were supposedly available, and had to follow up again for shipping info. Notified that at that time that shocks were not available, but shipping soon. Customer service was somewhat responsive, but misleading and without info as requested. At least I got the suspension a month later, overnighted which was a nice gesture. Did not offer price adjustment as courtesy, as the shocks ordered went on sale. I’d advise to shop elsewhere. Their website does have some good articles to help you make a selection, however.

I purchased the Rancho Quick lift kit and everything went very smooth. Ordering was a breeze, shipping was fast and everything arrived perfect. Super happy!

Mismatched 4 corner complete shock set...
Purchased a 4 corner complete shock set for f150. Ordered arrived quickly, however missing strut nuts and the rear shocks are mismatched. Customer support refusing to send a matched single shock to complete the 4 corner set. Only need one shock resent, but customer support insists you must return entire order. Hoping someone who can make a simple decision will correct this so I can get the set installed. Purchased the KYB brand loaded struts and rear shocks as a set.

Partial shipment
I received my front shocks and 1 rear shock quickly. I put the front shocks on and it rides much better. But I've been waiting for over 6 weeks for the remaining rear shock. I keep getting told "next week." But so far nothing.

Shock Surplus has a great reputation in North West Wyoming
Shock Surplus has great reputation in the Cody Wyoming area. Three Service and Parts companies in our area have very positive comments for this company. Several people I have met that hunt and fish in remote NW Wyoming have used Shock Surplus to upgrade they're older trucks (many people in Wyoming maintain older trucks due to costs on registration and reliability) I am very pleased with Shock Surplus ease of finding products, payment options and fast shipping. They have excellent customer service for technical and support. PS: There is no reason to provide me with a purchase credit, save toward you're coffee fund. Thanks for helping me get my 2016 Toyota Tundra upgrades done.

Overall positive experience
Product was easy to find and price was competitive to other sources I checked. Customer service was excellent. I received only half my original shipment of 4 shocks. Customer service was quick to initiate a second shipment to fulfill my order. In the period that followed I received both the remainder of my original shipment and the replacement shipment within a day of each other. The company gladly sent me a prepaid label to return the two spare shocks. Overall, a positive experience. I would not hesitate to order from Shock Surplus again because of this responsive and quick service of correcting the issue.
