DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
I gave one star because it wasn’t an option to do zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I bought an iPhone 15 pro refurbished in “excellent condition” only to have a catastrophic battery issue - but that’s not the problem. The problem is they are uncontactable! The phone, under consumer law, needs to be replaced or refunded and after four emails (their only mode of comms) I have had nothing back. $1300+ down the drain. I have made a formal complaint to ACL but who knows how long it will take to get something back. An absolute disgrace of a company with, as I have now found, an in depth history of scamming their customers - just run a quick Google search.

Pleasant surprise!
It was super easy to purchase and came in a very timely manner. Phone was in better condition then I expected for it being in "good" condition. It only had a minor scratch on the bottom of the screen. Only this was that I wish it came with the little thing to open the Sim card slot.

My phone could be brand new - in excellent condition and it was a 'good' condition handset. Delivered next day after ordering - so far, I have nothing bad to say about the phone or the company! Happy customer.
