Got a response quickly and send to another person to resolve. That person also answered very quickly and took care of my issue. follow up was excellent. It is good to see a quality CS dept. Thanks KITH!

as always with kids, they’re really good with just with there customer service teams always been there always good vibes overall just good. People are good brand.

It wasn’t great but it was useful. They couldn’t help me with the product I wanted because it wasn’t available but that doesn’t mean it was bad customer service. Maybe next time.
