Great customer service. I now have a pair of "Astrid"jeans - a perfect fit for me, really easy to move in them, relaxed fit. They feel tough enough for everyday wear and look good enough to see me through all sorts of events.
I went into the warehouse in cardigan and I was met with such friendly people who helped me find the exact gene that I was looking for. I tried on a couple of different styles but they helped me pick which size and which one fit me the best they hoped me up and made me feel good. The experience was very very lovely hopefully wanting to come back with my twin sister as soon as possible.
I own four pairs in various life-stages, and couldn't love them more. It's a little frustrating to have to pay for repairs nowadays but the repairs themselves are very thorough and high quality. And the jeans speak for themselves - superbly made.
Had two pairs. Both have been hammered to death and still look and feel amazing. Quality is awesome.
Simply superb customer service. I had a number of queries and requests that were sorted extremely quickly and the quality of their jeans and shorts was even better than I expected, which was already really high based on their reputation. I will be a repeat customer as I love all their products. I strongly recommend Huit denim co - give them a try, but you will want more than one pair.
Truly outstanding customer support. Lex was great with me in helping find the perfect jeans and perfect fit. We had to send back and forth several pairs and the Hiut service on this was exemplary, truly five stars!
I had three pairs of jeans I’d joyfully worn for the last ten years. Unfortunately, I no longer fit them. Hiut guided me to their excellent Deja blue program so that all the water, energy and land that are used for the cotton isn’t wasted.

I've been ordering jeans from Hiut since 2014 and currently own 5 pairs. They are fantastic quality and great founders story in giving back to the community. Because they are made to order in the UK, I also like how they can make small alterations on request.
