Great customer service. I now have a pair of "Astrid"jeans - a perfect fit for me, really easy to move in them, relaxed fit. They feel tough enough for everyday wear and look good enough to see me through all sorts of events.
My wife and I have been buying Hiut denims for some years, partly because we are very proud that they are made in Cardigan Wales and partly because they are one of the few proper denim jean makers that we know of. We try to follow the no wash guidance as closely as possible as it definitely makes a difference and the look you get is unique to the person wearing them. I like the full Selvidge denim due to its weight and feel but that’s a personal thing. What I also like since the business has been taken over the cut of the jeans has been a little more relaxed around the pelvis which has been great for me as when the jeans are washed there is definitely a little shrinkage which can be a little trying until the fabric gives. We will continue to buy our denims and any other creations that are made and catch our eyes, maybe some kind of chino’s made out of a ventilation cotton from Manchester if this is practical ? Whatever Hiut does we will be interested in and to support our skilled makers in Cardigan ❤️
Simply superb customer service. I had a number of queries and requests that were sorted extremely quickly and the quality of their jeans and shorts was even better than I expected, which was already really high based on their reputation. I will be a repeat customer as I love all their products. I strongly recommend Huit denim co - give them a try, but you will want more than one pair.
Truly outstanding customer support. Lex was great with me in helping find the perfect jeans and perfect fit. We had to send back and forth several pairs and the Hiut service on this was exemplary, truly five stars!

Had been intrigued by this company for a while as became fed up with Levis dissolving like tissue paper within a couple of years. Finally pitched up in Cardigan today to see and feel the different types of denim and styles of product. Was expecting it to be just food for thought but after less than half an hour of first class customer service from Lex, walked out having already ordered my first pair.
Fantastic support in returning jeans (too big - my fault) and then organising a replacement pair. Customer service above and beyond in sorting sizing etc. and with good humour too 😄 Makes me want to use Hiut again. Big big thanks 🙏
