I called Crutchfield for advice on which product would be best for me. Judy, the Advisor who answered phone within seconds, quickly helped me make a decision, took my order and product was received two days later as promised. Outstanding service and product.
Sales advisor was excellent. Products are superior. Tech support was less than desired. Kept being put on hold so the tech support person could "look up" the issue, which was balancing the tone arm.
Bought a Jensen Car140MW that I installed in my motorhome. I needed a few questions answered which required 3 phone call to tech support. All 3 calls were with different individuals and all 3 were exceptional. Can't rave enough about the awesome selection, products and support I have received now and over the years with other purchases. I will recommend Crutchfield to anyone who asks about Audio advice.
