Took forever to receive! Return policy is a joke. They want $6.00 to return item then will only give store credit. Holding my money hostage over a bad product. Do not buy from this company. Buy locally!

Do not purchase anything unless 100% sure
Extremely unsatisfied and out of $32.54! Purchased an item that didn't fit, returned immediately as requested. They do not refund your money. I went to this website specifically for one item. They retain the money and require you to purchase something else. I think this is very unfriendly, unprofessional, not consumer focused and completely unyielding.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Like many other reviews, the main issue is shipping. I placed an order on April 27th for two bracelets for Mother’s Day gifts. After I placed the order is when I saw the 10-12 business day shipping date, which would be cutting it close but should get here in time. Well I was very wrong, and they did not arrive in time. I reached out to cancel my order since I had to get replacement gifts but was told orders can only be canceled 12 hours after the order is placed. To top it off I saw that for returns they only offer store credit, so even when you do get the package in the mail finally... I won’t even be able to return it. If you want your gifts to arrive in time for Christmas it’s best to start ordering now and they might get here in time. This business is a joke and will be reporting it to BBB. In the meantime I’m going to tell everyone I know NOT to order anything from here.

Refund policy is a grift, products on Amazon same and cheaper...
The necklace I received was very cheap looking brassy gold and a very very small pendant. They charge a $6 restocking fee for returns and will only apply store credit. They said they generally don't allow returns for things where the customer does not like them. Um okay? It looks cheap and terrible. Now, I am forced to have store credit, and the item refunded to be does not even cover one item so I have to spend more while they keep their original $$. Will never shop here again, advised you not too!
