Lousy customer service
I have purchased many pieces from Caitlyn minimalist. Since I have purchased many different items, there are a few that I have not worn since I purchased them some time ago. I went to wear a pair of earrings for the first time recently and found that one of them would not clasp shut, which makes it defective and unwearable. I reached out to the company requesting that they send 1 earring to replace the defective one. They insist that the purchase was outside their window of time to do anything, and refused to help other than give a discount so I'll buy more of their products. They absolutely did not care that this was the first time I tried to wear the product. Their "policy" is very balck and white. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company. I told them so. I have been a repeat customer and they don't care. Due to poor customer service, I do not recommend them. Beware
Update: They stood their ground that they WERE NOT going to replace the defective earring even after I said that they would be loosing a repeat customer, and that I would be leaving a review. They did not care. Now that I left the review they said they woul give a replacement. I rejected it. I should not have had to try soooo hard to get the reasonable result I originally requested. At this point, no thank you ( I had several back and forth communications to try to resolve this, even sending a video to show the problem with the piece. I wasted a lot of time on it before they rejected my request)
i got this order very quickly
i got this order very quickly. the 2 rings are dainty and fit well. i will definitely check the website for new items. the emails i've gotten have let me know when it shipped and which carrier was delivering it. the colors of the stones in my ring looks great.
Do not purchase anything unless 100% sure
Extremely unsatisfied and out of $32.54! Purchased an item that didn't fit, returned immediately as requested. They do not refund your money. I went to this website specifically for one item. They retain the money and require you to purchase something else. I think this is very unfriendly, unprofessional, not consumer focused and completely unyielding.
Pink Pearl Stud Earings
I have several pieces of jewelry from Caitlyn and I love all of them.Great quality.I wear mine all the time from time I get it and don't take it off. Pink pearl stud earrings I originally ordered back in February and I lost one 5 days ago I was so sad thank God they were not out of stock I was able to order another pair.They are my favorite.
This brand continues to impress me
This brand continues to impress me. I've ordered multi things at different times for different occasions and everything is made with quality and care. It arrives within reasonable time considering it is hand crafted to order. I have had a couple issues but only do to me being at fault because I am a normal guy and suck at sizing and stuff. This company is customer friendly, speedy responses and has beautiful product.
