i got this order very quickly
i got this order very quickly. the 2 rings are dainty and fit well. i will definitely check the website for new items. the emails i've gotten have let me know when it shipped and which carrier was delivering it. the colors of the stones in my ring looks great.

the crafting is absolutely gorgeous! and custom service is so nice! i’m so very happy with it i’m only sorry i’m european and it takes a while for the package to get here (but comprehensible)

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Like many other reviews, the main issue is shipping. I placed an order on April 27th for two bracelets for Mother’s Day gifts. After I placed the order is when I saw the 10-12 business day shipping date, which would be cutting it close but should get here in time. Well I was very wrong, and they did not arrive in time. I reached out to cancel my order since I had to get replacement gifts but was told orders can only be canceled 12 hours after the order is placed. To top it off I saw that for returns they only offer store credit, so even when you do get the package in the mail finally... I won’t even be able to return it. If you want your gifts to arrive in time for Christmas it’s best to start ordering now and they might get here in time. This business is a joke and will be reporting it to BBB. In the meantime I’m going to tell everyone I know NOT to order anything from here.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered and 18 days later it still hasnt shipped. HORRIBLE COMPANY - very late to reply with emails. Its like their in lala land. I think this happens so often its not a big deal for their Customer Service.
