Not honest, reputable or trustworthy
If I could rate B & H Photo with a ZERO, I certainly would because my recent experiences with this company have been a horrible and horrendous ordeal. I have been a loyal and faithful customer since I was in High School back in the 1984. I have remained a customer for over 42 years because the photography products and that I purchased and the services I received were positively amazing. All of my past orders were processed expeditiously and my orders arrived by FedEx the very next day. Regrettably these past two years of placing orders have been a huge disappointment because my orders are not processed in a prompt, professional or efficient manner and certainly not shipped or delivered the next day. I placed an order on Sunday that as of today my order was not processed or shipped so I contacted B & H to inquire about my order and I was informed that the Toner Cartridge for my Canon ImageClass Printer was completely out of stock and no further information was provided. I honestly do not understand Why B & H would charge my credit card and send me an invoice if they did not have the product in stock. The website clearly stated it was in stock and would be delivered so I truly feel and believe that B & H may use totally false and misleading information on there website that I feel may be considered Bait & Switch sales practices and tactics to deceive and defraud unsuspecting customers. I feel that if B & H were honest, reputable and trustworthy that this item would have clearly stated out of stock and my order would never have gone through and my credit card would never have been charged. I am now forced to wait for a representative to refund my credit card that I feel should never have been charged in the first place because per the representative they did not have the item that I purchased. It truly feels like B & H has changed and I feel that they cannot be trusted and that the services that I received for the passed 42 years no longer exists because their employees simply do not care about their loyal and faithful customers. I am totally disgusted, frustrated and aggravated with B & H, because once again B & H left me without the necessary products that my desperately needed to run her business. My wife was unable to print her legal documents for her company and then forced to place an order from another store and wait for her order to be processed and shipped. Bottomline my wife was unable to fulfill her contractual obligations and print court documents and submit them to her client and the court. I truly feel and believe that because of B & H’s morally outrageous and unethical business practices cost my wife a tremendous loss of money and time that cannot be made up or made back.

Do NOT buy from any other website, B&H is the GOAT
Do NOT buy from any other website, B&H is one of the best websites for camera gear on the planet. They always ship super fast (typically I get my package a day ahead of schedule) and they always make sure the package is shipped safely and securely. I could wrap up my grandpa's casket with the amount of bubble wrap I've gotten from them from my past orders. Their pricing is very fair and I've occasionally found a smoking deal from them. Got two UHS-II 128gb SD cards for just 120 dollars!!

I ordered a used pull-up floor...
I ordered a used pull-up floor projector screen at a fairly decent price. It was listed with an 8+ condition rating, but when it arrived, the tension cable had been broken and tied back together with a knot. The cable has to feed through small holes in the screen, and the knot couldn't pass through, which had caused the screen to tear a bit at each hole. Their support for used items was no help. It took a very long time for them to respond to my RMA request. In the end, I fixed it myself by replacing the cable with craft elastic cord and patching the tears. It works now, but only because of my own repair. A product rated 8+ shouldn't arrive with a knotted cable that damages the screen.
