Very dissapointing
Bought a pair of moccasins and was totally dissapointed in them. Absolutely zero support. Not at all what I expected from this company but after reading their reviews. My error in not reading revieed beforehand.
This company has ZERO accountability or service follow through. I spent over $200 and never received my order. The carrier needed them to open the support ticket to help track the order, and they refused and would also not offer a refund. I’m out the money and have no boots.
Great products, zero for customer service. Sent the wrong size shoe in a correctly labeled box, but they have just ignored requests to make it right. Now stuck with having wasted $$ on a product that is useless.
