so unhelpful. really bummed with my Squarespace experience. been a paying customer for over a decade and finding their interface to be incredibly challenging and not giving results I want.

It was taking a long time for my site to be published. For some reason my SSL certificate was not coming through. I finally talked to a Squarespace support person, and within the time of this conversation, the problem was resolved. I was shown a screenshot of my published site. Now I can move forward with my writing and sharing. Thank you.

The site locked down and blocked payments on my digital course launch day on 10/9/26. I understand that security measures are essential, however, I have not been able to talk with anyone on the Risk Team in 3 days since the system started blocking payments. I have missed out on several sales due to this automated blocking. The customer support team has escalated the case, and I have yet to hear back, 3 days later, while I have active ads running for the digital course. If this is what to expect from Squarespace, i will consider going to another host site for my business needs because this is truly poor customer service by the Risk Team.

I had zero experience building a webiste and decided to try squarespace. The templates and color options made creating my webiste easy. When I did encounter an issue, their customer service was quick to respond and ensured I was happy with their service.
