Felt trapped
I signed up to this company years ago and basically forgot about it and every time I tried to cancel the subscription I could never find out how to do it. I then went around in circles with the company who keeps asking me questions relating to my cards from years ago that I no longer had the information for and despite me copying the email they had sent me they still were asking for proof of who I was! I honestly thought I’d have this website for the rest of my life at one point and just kept paying for it. I wasn’t offered a refund. The person who eventually sorted it was very good but I don’t have much faith in this company. Also since then they keep emailing me saying they’re not able to take payment!!!!
Mark was doing a great job in solving my issue, he was really fast in identifying the issue and took the right steps to solve it fast. Thank you Mark!

My domain without the www was showing a...
My domain without the www was showing a browser security error even though all the settings looked right. The AI assistant went through a checklist but couldn’t reissue the certificate from chat. Once I got a real person, she checked the setup and generated a new certificate, and it was working the next day. Good support once I reached a human.
