A website and an online store have different requirements. Start with the pages, products, and workflows you need; then read reviews from customers describing a similar setup. General company reviews can include billing and support experiences as well as product use.
Is your priority a store, a portfolio, bookings, or a content site? Try the specific workflow you need before committing.
Include the renewal price, paid templates, add-ons, and transaction or payment fees. Compare the same billing period.
Check what you can export, what must be rebuilt, and how domains and customer records move if you leave.
Look for reviews that explain the issue, support channel, and resolution. A general star score cannot tell you whether your use case is supported.
