I have had three very successful refurbished iPhone purchase transactions with two specific vendors on the Swappa platform. The first was in June 2020, second in April 2025 and the third was in August 2026. Each time, the phone arrived as described. I had a concern with the second phone, so the vendor offered a reasonable option. Ends up I didn't need to follow up (issue resolved w/o vendor's assistance), but I appreciated the responsiveness and follow up. The transaction date that I entered was the most recent of the three.
Very responsive staff! It really was fast and clear support. I had never used the service before, so I was a bit nervous, but the staff quickly answered my concerns. I sold something here and it couldn’t have been easier. I am grateful for Swappa’s customer service and their low platform fees.
