easy process
My experience was great, just wish I didn't get charged fees/taxes 3 times.
The phone was as listed, mint condition. The shipping was a bit slow, notice on their website, they don't ship on weekends.

Quick buying and smooth trading
Using Swappa was fine, and I have no complaints but the ordeal I have had with Paypal, which I was forced to use in order to get my funds has been incredibly frustrating. I have used Paypal for years, even have a Paypal gift debit card, but have never sold anything and received payment thru Paypal. My account has been locked and I must wait for 22 days for payment, even though they have the tracking information of the phone and they know it has been delivered at this point, yet I still have to wait until October 21 for payment. I will not use Paypal again and if this means not using Swappa again, so be it.
Seller shipped the item very quickly. It was undamaged when it arrived. There was some weird gunk around the camera's. I had to clean that off. Outside of that one thing everything else was excellent.
Swappa is awesome. The fact that each item is reviewed for accuracy and functionality makes Swappa the best and safe choice for buying a used phone and electronics. I got tired of eBay and having to decipher whether a listing was selling a damaged item. The listings on eBay are usually more expensive too. Swappa is my goto place for used electronics.
