Seller was cooperative - SWAPPA was not
Seller was cooperative. Seller sold me a phone that had some sort of unusual circumstance that rendered it unlockable. Although seller mentioned on Swappa page that the phone was locked, seller didn't mention the detail that it was PERMANANTLY locked. That was important and I asked Seller to cancel the order because of this. Seller agreed. My issue is with Swappa staff, who left a condescending response essentially reprimanding me for not agreeing to buy a phone that had this previously undisclosed, unusual issue making the phone unlockable. After reading it, I immediately concluded that Swappa is more concerned about making commission money off of sold phones and not the welfare of the customer. Because of this, I will no longer use Swappa and will, instead, use Ebay or Amazon for my needs, as those companies at least care about protecting the customer. Swappa does not.
