We experienced a serious hosting issue...
We experienced a serious hosting issue that resulted in eight of our websites becoming inaccessible after reaching our monthly CPU limit.
After spending considerable time identifying and correcting the underlying problems, I contacted SiteGround support to see whether our service could be restored before the monthly reset.
The support representative was incredibly helpful and lifted the restriction, getting our websites back online without requiring us to upgrade our hosting plan.
What impressed me most was the willingness to look at our particular circumstances rather than simply insist that we wait until the next month or purchase a more expensive plan.
It was a tremendous relief, and I genuinely appreciated the responsiveness, flexibility, and customer-focused approach. This is the kind of support that builds customer loyalty.
