this is my first time
this is my first time with this so called Shopify. I will never do it again. what a shister outfit. for 2 days my emails said "expected today". well, now the email just says "track my order". you can't track your order! it brings you to an app to install, then track your package, yea, right. it goes to a site that wants to sell you more products with no tracking information. they just tell you B.S. and steal your money. STAY AWAY from this company, it should be shut down. one crappy outfit. I hope they sue me so we can prove it in the discovery phase. do not have anything to do with this company!!!! i tried to complain with google, and they won't post it. real nice setup
If I could only give a zero star I would. I sent a friend some steaks from SRF and they are now using that address for everything I buy online. I can not reach them because they have no support number and I have sent emails but never got a relpy for anyone there. I will not buy anything off the internet again if they do not have a number to call. It has cost me a lot of my time and it's not good. I can not get help anywhere!

I would give Shopify 0 stars if I could! I ordered from a merchant through Spotify back in March 2026 and the product never came. I submitted tickets and reached out to the merchant and Spotify customer service too many times to count! Neither got back to me- customer service was completely non existent! I ended up having $50 of my money stolen, no product ever received & issue never rectified. I have reached out to stop several times since but never get a response back. I WILL NEVER, EVER TRUST NOR SUPPORT THIS SHADY PLATFORM EVER AGAIN!!! BUYER BEWARE!

i purchased 3 jumpers from well know brands and they are all fake. tried to contact shopify and the seller with out success .

PAY ATTENTION IN MAY MANY 1 STAR BAD REVIEWS THEY GOT PER MINUTE. its incredible. Avoid this B..$%#$%$ THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ALL IN PHILIPPINES. BY E-MAIL THEY TAKE. 1- 2-3 MONTHS TO RESPOND , WHEN THEY RESPOND. THEY DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU EVEN FOR CANCEL TRANSACTIONS (ORDERS) THEY WONT RETURN THE FEES, THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL MANIPULATE YOUR SALES. THEY WONT SHOW YOUR STORE. I CAN KEEP LISTING FOR HOURS ALL THE WORST STUFF EVER. JUST AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. YOU WILL FACE A NIGHTMARE AND HEADACHES.
