Complete scammers and allow scam companies to advertise as well on there site. Then when you try to file a complaint through them because no one from the company is responding it doesn't let you nor can you talk to a person. Ordered jersey through lissi never received and can't get answers from anyone. Don't order anything through them. They allow thieves to sell things on there. Had to report fraud to my bank, bbb,and ftc. Disgusting.

I got ripped off buying pre-work out from my store using Shopify as their store front . When I contacted Shopify about he scam . I was ignored. They do not care if you get money stole from you and their name is usedin the process. What a poor way to do business shame on you Shopify.. And my store my shopp. All of them stay away don't order anything from them .
bought a make your own christmas tree from the box3522 and it was nothing like as advertised a complete scam
I had ordered a cordless 3-1 vaccum cleaner on 23-9-26 from Palget • store [email removed] the same was delivered on 27-9-26 which was substandard and a low cost chinese product for which I paid Rs.899.10 . On 27-9-26 I sought for a refund of my amount under the 30 days guarantee scheme and on 28th Sept Palget replied that they are replacing the item and the existing item can be retained. On 10-10-26, I got another parcel not with a efficient vacuum cleaner but a brick was sent in the parcel. I request you to delist Palget for the fraud and scam they are creating in the interest of natural justice.
Horrible experience. Still getting charges for a Shopify page and do not use or have access to it. No contact numbers to call and try to clear up charges. Months of charges and do not use it or have access. Need to speak to customer service. Need a number. Going to start putting review until someone contacts me.
In shopify you open an account in a given plan and suddenly, when you want to close the account, no matter if the price they showed you to pay was a given one for the month, when you close the account they end up charging you that same price for alternative stores that alledgedlly they say it is for the different stores inside the one you paid. In short, when closing the account and cancelling the subscription you think you are cancelling for what you paid, i.e., 1 account, they keep charging you for more than 1 account, on the excuse they let you use other stores. Be careful. They know how to cheat people and look honest and professional at the same time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Avoid this company. I ordered a pair of shoes at what seemed like a great price, almost half the price charged by established UK retailers. I had wanted these shoes for a long time, so I was pleased to find such a good deal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. I have never received the shoes. Despite this, the Shop app states that the order has been delivered. I have contacted the company FOUR times, and I still haven’t received a single response or any proof of delivery. I paid for an item that never arrived, and the company has completely ignored my attempts to resolve the issue. No shoes, no explanation, no customer service. I deeply regret placing this order. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before buying from this company. The lack of communication and the failure to resolve a missing delivery are absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration. Avoid this company!
Awful company avoid like the plague its terrible which is why they advertise so hard to try and sucker you in. Terrible, despite closing my store with them they still proceeded to charge me fees even though store was closed and now wont let me deactivate account to stop harassment from them. No customer service no support just take your money and leave you anxious and stressed about their harassment they spam my account with trying to take a payment out of it and spam emails please avoid at all costs if your a small business like me not worth the stress
Very worst service if we oreder something they will deliver 2 black bolte and in that they will provide water is this fun I have paid 899 for just 50ml of water and I have contacted the person form online he said I have to buy and voucher so that he can proceed he said you can use the voucher and he only used that voucher I just wasted my 1789 is this a joke I just lost my 1800 just for fake delivery product and no one is responding properly form you site if we want refund or return we have to buy a plan what rubbish is this very worst service
this is my first time with this so called Shopify. I will never do it again. what a shister outfit. for 2 days my emails said "expected today". well, now the email just says "track my order". you can't track your order! it brings you to an app to install, then track your package, yea, right. it goes to a site that wants to sell you more products with no tracking information. they just tell you B.S. and steal your money. STAY AWAY from this company, it should be shut down. one crappy outfit. I hope they sue me so we can prove it in the discovery phase. do not have anything to do with this company!!!! i tried to complain with google, and they won't post it. real nice setup
