We have had our ruggable for 1 year...
We have had our ruggable for 1 year now. It covers a big chunk of the kitchen floor including near the sink, stove and food prep areas. Obviously it is in a high traffic area with food and occasional water. After 1 year we just washed it and had great results. It is too big for a washing machine. We laid it out on a clean concrete slab outside. I sprayed Resolve carpet cleaner around the edges (edges showed the most dirt). For the rest I used a diluted solution of warm water and Dawn. Then I scrubbed it with a soft deck brush. I rinsed with the hose and a pressure nozzle. Then I let dry in place because it was quite heavy from all the water. It was a 90* day and it dried in about 6-7 hours. For the last 2 hours I moved it to our outside clothes drying line to finish drying top and bottom . I have read the negative reviews. I can’t comment on customer service or return policy because we liked the rug. Yes it is thin which is what we wanted for our kitchen. It it totally non slip.
