Love Rothy's But I Have Some Issues
Overall I love Rothy's, I have 5 pairs over the span of a handful of years but I do have some issues. I love that they can be washed so easily and the insole removed to wash. My first pair of sneakers got me through a trip to Portugal which involved SO much walking and that includes some cobblestone style streets. My issue is my second pair of sneakers and my first pair of heels. The second pair of sneakers had an insole that looked like a heel, higher on the back. I wore them anyways and casually they were fine but my first weekend with them that involved lots of walking and standing, they destroyed my left foot. I have an issue that hasn't resolved in months and I'll be seeing a doctor at this point about it. I removed the insoles from my first pair of sneakers to put in the new ones and no problems since then. Now they're perfect. The heels I got may just need to be broken in or I need to wear heels more but the first wear involved some walking and they messed up my foot. Blisters on my heels and on a few toes. My daughter ended up offering to swap shoes so I could get some relief. I'm hoping so much that they'll get better because they are SO cute.
