The customer service is ok but I had multiple problems after purchase. First thing I notice is the phone would routinely get very hot. Sometimes I can feel it overheating in my pocket even if nothing is running. Problem still exists at this time but the only advice that works is turn the phone off and wait untill it cools down. Secondly, I have had multiple ocassions when this phone starts opening numerous apps that I never opened. I cleaned the screen but did not see any improvement and after doing some reading I read about ghost touches due to hardware and software damage. I replaced the screen later with a local repair company that uses OEM parts. From what I have read Reeblo does not do this so you might be able to get a good phone if you want to save a few bucks, but after my experience I would rather buy a new phone to begin with (check for deals during the sales season). Or make sure you buy a refurbished phone with OEM parts.
phone excellent, service ok, delivery with canada post never was informed always said error we cant track your package. Change the delivery company

It was super easy to purchase and came in a very timely manner. Phone was in better condition then I expected for it being in "good" condition. It only had a minor scratch on the bottom of the screen. Only this was that I wish it came with the little thing to open the Sim card slot.
Got the phone two days later. It’s working well as of right now. No scratches. Battery is at 86%. Honestly really happy with this purchase. Feels like a brand new phone. Loving the phone so far
