What was once an excellent company has now descended into the abyss of registering spammers. In fact, they are registering the worst kind of spammers; the ones that indiscriminately send violent, misogynistic emails advocating abuse of women. These spammers don’t really care whether children receive these emails or not. Apparently, despite being told of this and being asked to put a stop to it, Porkbun doesn’t seem to care either. So much for Porkbun’s reputation.
Typically, never any problems when changing or ordering domains online. The software's easy to navigate and understand. When I did have a problem, I got connected to a live human and the fix was swift. Been with them for at least 7 year and probably will be for the next 7 and into the future.

Lot's of features very well explained and a good user interface make it easy for users.
easy to buy domain, verification was quick. well it was nice.
I came to Porkbun from another platform where I had purchased a domain and private email. I spent hours with support on that platform trying to get my email address to receive emails, but was not successful. I had purchased many domains and private emails from them before but something obviously has changed with them. I transferred the email account to Porkbun and it was up and running in minutes. It has functioned perfectly since then. I have since purchased a couple of domains and another email account from Porkbun and am more than pleased at how it is functioning. I think Porkbun will be my go-to from now on.
Very helpful staff, my issue was resolved within a few hours.
