They double charged my card and left me...
They double charged my card and left me with no order. Took 2 weeks to get my money back from my bank. I contacted Magic Spoon which ALSO took two weeks to get a response which was generic and might as well have been automated. I'm left with waiting for 2 weeks with my money being held up pending, and with no order.
Horrible customer service, horrible shopping experience. I also lost their labor day freebie since it expired during this process. Don't trust this company 1 bit.
Worst cereal ever. Do not buy this cereal. I got the big box at Costco, and it made me sick. Thankfully, Costco's return policy allowed us to return it even though it was open. I took about 2 bites and felt disgusted.

Not for those lactose intolerant
You know, the flavour isn't bad (smores) but it was so gummy and stuck to my teeth. Also, I am lactose intolerant and wasn't expecting cereal to have milk in it at all. Granted, it did say in small print on the side of the box that it did contain milk, but I only noticed it after I ate it, which was unfortunate. Perhaps I just wished that *Dairy Product* would be on the front of the box and noticable.

Trash Pandas Won’t Eat
These “treats “ are so disgusting and chemically flavored and scented that even the local crows and raccoons wouldn’t eat them. Do not buy. Definitely don’t subscribe

Contains GLUTEN!
The marshmallow cereal is NOT gluten free!! Check Magic Spoon's FAQ on their website.
I emailed Magic Spoon & was initially told ALL their products are gluten free. When I challenged the rep to read their own FAQ, he responded back in a few days that I was correct. UNBELIEVABLE!
This cereal should be labeled appropriately, and their website should state more clearly that NOT all their products are gluten free, as they claim.
I will never buy Magic Spoon products again.

I purchased several boxes of Magic...
I purchased several boxes of Magic Spoon S’mores cereal, and all of them appear to be from the same lot (A55297A, Best By 11-23-26).
When I opened them, several of the inner bags were not sealed (just folded), and all had a noticeable oily film/fogging inside the bag. The cereal was still crisp, but the packaging condition raised concerns about exposure to air or heat.
I contacted Magic Spoon support on March 13 and again on March 26, provided photos and full details, and have not received any response as of mid-April.
This may be a batch/quality control issue, but the lack of response from support has been disappointing.
I’m posting this in hopes of getting a response and resolution.

Tastes OK, but has greasy feel.
I bought a box of Magic Spoon cereal as it sounded interesting.
I found the taste to be better than I had expected.
However, it is "greasy".
I love me some butter, or good steak fat, but I don't want my breakfast cereal to leave my mouth coated in grease.
I did not finish the box. :(

Uses a very shady shipping company
I ordered a bundle of the protein bars. I have bought them from Amazon before and liked them so figured I'd save a few dollars (very few) by ordering direct. They shipped with a company called Speedx which does not actually ship! 3 weeks later I filed a claim with my credit card to get my money back. Check out Speedx reviews here. Magic Spoon is just as bad for using them.
