Recently had an issue with a most favorite kitchen knife. Reached out to Made In Customer Service and almost immediately I was contacted and my product issue had been resolved with no issues at all. Made In Cookware since it first started being advertised is Everything and More for those who love to cook and showcase their kitchens. Best in class cookware; all things kitchen ware. My wife ordered a set of Made In Non-Stick Frying Pans in Harbour Blue back in 2022 - four years ago. Recently, we noticed that the coating on the 12-inch pan was separating in several places. We were prepared to order a replacement but could not find this pan on their website. We sent an inquiry explaining our situation and asking if we could purchase a replacement pan in the blue color. Customer Service advised that the harbour blue pans had been discontinued and that the pans only had a 2-year warranty. We've had them for 4 years - well beyond their warranty period (and we never even asked about a warranty). Here's the amazing part: since the pans are no longer available in the color we wanted, Made In is shipping us a comparable replacement free of charge! Try finding another company that handles a simple customer inquiry like this!
Made In is simply the best kitchenware company, whether you’re a professional chef or a novice. They have all the tools to make cooking a pleasure. I have made many purchases and have been immensely pleased with each. The quality of everything they sell is without compare.I had a small customer service issue that they immediately addressed. They were happy to resolve it and reaffirmed why I’m a Made In cook for life.

Exceptional customer service from Made In! I contacted them about an issue with one of my stainless steel pans, and within about 3 hours, start to finish, they reviewed everything, approved the warranty claim, and processed a replacement. The entire process was incredibly quick, professional, and hassle-free. This is exactly the kind of customer service that builds confidence in a company and its products. Very impressed!
My pan started to develop a warp. Contacted customer service and they had a replacement shipped within an hour. Amazing service for an excellent product. Highly recommended.
