Every single issue was solved. i cut him off before he could hit me with an account review, but he was asking about the future because he's like if nostrodomus was a generational talent in customer service.
Merly was helpful, professional, personable and patient. I was ready to have my account closed since I am retired and very cost-conscious. Merly found a less expensive solution that kept me as an IONOS customer and I appreciate that.
