I was in distress thinking the website I was building with AI support was MISSING. It wasn't. No only wasI able to find my website, but the IONOS rep (a real person) helped me get focused on the launch of the website and ongoing expansion. He was able to cancel contracts I didn't need and commit to contracts that were more appropriate. I was placed on hold several times but never felt like I had been abandoned. He always came back to make sure I was OK. At the end of the call I received emails confirming the cancellations and new commitments. I mentioned that the website was going to go live very soon and we discussed commiting to a free domain name. He found the one I wanted and immediately registered the domain. I am HOURS away from launching the website. A FANTASTIC experience all around.
