Did not explain what the hosting covered, what it had available to do the brunt of the work (cpanel vs other - hint, it is other), and the small print doesn't tell you you cannot cancel the stuff for a year and hopefully you remember to do it because they ill charge you for life. Only use a disposable credit card to sign up for anything here so you can not load $ onto it and they can shut your stuff down. on their end instead of you fighting with them.
