I moved from another host site to Hostinger
I moved from another host site to Hostinger a couple years ago. It has been a very good choice. I have always been able to get done what I logged in to do. I am not a professional so I had a lot of questions and they were always answered no matter how long it took me to get things done. My sites have always been up and running. No down time. Their customer service is the best I have used anywhere. The assistant will stay online with you no matter how long it takes or how many questions you ask. Hostinger is definitely a five star host as far as I am concerned. Excellent..!
The agent was understanding and helped with intention.

Great Service And Customer Support :)
I've been using Hostinger for a year. It's great! I've had barely any issues, and when I did, customer support got it fixed within minutes!

Constantly throttling
Constantly throttling. Paid for 100% of the CPU (2 cores). Constantly get throttled to 30% (0.6 cores) because I used it "too much".
Received no help - neither from the AI-bot nor the alleged real human. Also could not tell me when or if ever I will get the 100% back.
Terrible experience.

Helped fixed the SSH connection problem
Review the problem closely and gave multiple solutions and 1 of which worked. i had spend hours on it fixing by self but hostinger support showed the missing piece
