Have difficulty longlining in to my account whilst renew due so had to wait days for recovery in the mean time my domain has been canceled.
The AI Assistant is a looping nightmare. Have wasted a lot of time trying to get logged in again (Still Not).
I have used a number of domain services and Hostinger is by far the worst, I seen from reviews of domain services it is rated well but perhaps before they ditched staff to help with customer problems?

Good company until you have an issue
Good company until you have an issue
My domain was up for renewal and I have auto renewal set, they for some reason cancelled my auto renewal and luckily I got the notification that i had to pay, which I did much due in time and then the payment got stuck somwhere on their side (their stupid chatbot said so) and they cant resolve the issue because i made the payment - how ridiculous does that sound. I am in trouble because I did the right thing.
Been 3 days my website is down and my email is down too which is extremely crucial for a small business.

0/5 – Extremely Poor Service
My email service has been down for the past four days, and despite repeatedly contacting Hostinger support, the issue remains unresolved. Not a single email is being delivered successfully, which is seriously affecting my work.
The support team keeps providing instructions without offering a proper, permanent solution. I have wasted valuable time following their steps, but the problem continues.
I expect a reliable email service, not repeated excuses and delays. If Hostinger cannot resolve this issue promptly, I expect a refund for the remaining service period after deducting the charges for the last two months.
I am extremely disappointed with Hostinger's email service and customer support. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Constantly throttling
Constantly throttling. Paid for 100% of the CPU (2 cores). Constantly get throttled to 30% (0.6 cores) because I used it "too much".
Received no help - neither from the AI-bot nor the alleged real human. Also could not tell me when or if ever I will get the 100% back.
Terrible experience.

1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Support. Paying for Hosting, Getting Excuses Instead of Solutions.
My experience with Hostinger's technical support has been absolutely unacceptable.
I run a business website hosted on Hostinger. Recently, I discovered a serious security issue: unauthorised casino-related content had appeared on my WordPress website, including seven hidden gambling backlinks injected into the homepage HTML.
I spent hours investigating the problem myself. I identified the suspicious HTML container, documented the malicious links, collected screenshots, and provided the exact code to Hostinger's support team.
I wasn't asking them to redesign my website, build a feature, or perform ordinary development work. I was reporting a potential security compromise affecting a website hosted on their platform.
And what did I get?
Excuses about what falls outside their support scope, references to package limitations, and suggestions to read guides.
Seriously, Hostinger?
A customer reports unauthorised code and hidden spam links on a hosted website, provides specific technical evidence, and the response is essentially to explain why helping isn't included?
I understand that hosting providers cannot be responsible for every WordPress development issue. But there is a massive difference between requesting custom development and asking for meaningful assistance investigating a possible security compromise.
At the very least, I expected a serious technical review, clear findings about what they could investigate, and a practical path towards resolving the issue.
Instead, I was left wasting more time explaining the problem than receiving useful assistance.
What exactly is the value of technical support if a paying customer facing a serious security concern is repeatedly directed towards documentation and package restrictions?
I am not claiming Hostinger caused the compromise. My complaint is about the support experience after I reported it.
Hosting isn't just about keeping a server online. It's also about how a provider responds when customers encounter serious problems.
Based on this experience, my confidence in Hostinger's support has been severely damaged.
I would strongly caution business owners against relying on Hostinger's advertised support without first understanding exactly what assistance their hosting package actually includes.
Extremely frustrating, deeply disappointing, and nowhere near the level of support I expected from a professional hosting provider.
1/5 stars.
