HostGator has the best support for clients. I've tried other hosting sites before and no other can match them. It's AI integrated now as far as I can tell, but its real strength are the agents they hire. Well done, just keep it up!

The representative from Hostgator was extremely helpful and patient. Resolved my problem quickly. :)
I've been using HostGator for about 21 years. They have always fixed any problems and are very polite and professional. I recommend them all the time.
HostGator appears to have designed its website in a way that strongly encourages customers to purchase its paid Professional Email service, even though free email functionality is already available through cPanel. The free cPanel email option is difficult to locate, while the paid service is much more prominently displayed and easier to select during signup. As a result, I unknowingly subscribed to and was charged for a service that I neither needed nor used. At the time of registration, the paid email option appeared to be the only email solution presented, making it easy for customers to inadvertently purchase an unnecessary service. In my opinion that is very greedy and manipulative design.
I've been a HostGator customer for many years and have always been impresses by the customer service I've received. I no longer need their services, though, and needed to stop my contract from being renewed. That proved to be more complicated than I had hoped, but Kiran at customer support was able to get the job done for me, and I'm very happy.
