great customer service, always
I've been a HostGator customer for many years and have always been impresses by the customer service I've received. I no longer need their services, though, and needed to stop my contract from being renewed. That proved to be more complicated than I had hoped, but Kiran at customer support was able to get the job done for me, and I'm very happy.
