HostGator is horrible and their customer service is the worst. Our emails were not working and they're technical support even though we told them exactly what it is kept closing the ticket for wrong reasons. We ended up switching to another provider will never ever recommend HostGator to someone and if they have hostgator I recommend they switch out of it

I order a new VPS server, the server never setup up. I have to contact with support, but no help at all. Starting with the wrong foot. I have to ask several times for refund, unsuccessfully ! Several hours wasted, and a lot of frustration.
What started as a pretty great deal turned to what these usually turn out to be: a rip-off. It's more than the increase in cost-without any notice. After the initial setup, when you all and ask for help with wordpress, the most common thing you hear is "we don't support that." Or, when having issues with adding a widget:"I'm sorry, we don't support that." After 10 years I finally cut it off. Here's the HUGE issue. I was supposed to get a refund for around #300 for both my sites. NOTHING. When you call to inquire, you are routed to different people on an endless circuit. They finally hang up on you. They claim my refund was processes. FAT LIE. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. FIND ANOTHER HOST. BETTER YET, JUST HAVE AI DO IT. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND A BIG RIP-OFF. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED.
