I normally like the hoodies I get from Goodfair but my last two orders just weren’t great at all. I tried to get a refund for one of them but no one at customer service reached out until after my package had shipped so that sucked. Plus with the hoodies that I received it just seemed personal.
Poor customer service. Non-responsive. Returned my item with no refund.
I love the message of the company however, they are so difficult to get a hold of. It is very frustrating. Return items is great because you get a refund but you have to pay for shipping so it almost is not worth it. As for the clothes, you can get some cool items, but you would probably be better to go to a thrift store yourself. The items are not tailored to you in anyway so the style is very very hit or miss. Again I love what this company is trying to do, but the lack of communication and clothing selection is sub par.
The selection I paid for was over $70 and I think the person I bought them for will be able to wear one of the 6 shirts. I did not think it would be, but not being able to choose a color family/palette or even gender of shirt is a bigger deal than I thought. Also, the amount I paid for two “vintage” shirts that were unwearably bad is ludicrous. One was actually covered in holes and stains. I like the idea of goodfair but the execution is not great.
Now I completely understand the whole you get what you get. But if I wanted to pay $30 for plain black Hanes sweatpants I would have just gone to Walmart and paid $10.
