Crutchfield is AWESOME!! I first bought from them back in the 90's through their catalog, and they are still the single most standout company in the field of Audio electronics. Special shoutout to my rep Rucker, who helped me from start to finish with my car installation. Always willing to take my call or text and lay my fears to rest, ensuring me along the way "you got this"! I installed all new door speakers and an a Audison 12 channel amp....Thanks Rucker!

Plug and play. 2011 Harley FLTRX with an added tour pack. So I cut the 4 wires from the 35 pin connector. . (Those are the only wires in the 35 pin connector) wired them into my rear speaker wires. Removed my cigarette plug and installed the USB plug there. The hand controls are programmable. I just kept the stock settings. It replaced the Aquatic AV. The sound quality is much better than the Aquatic and way better than stock. I do have upgraded speakers. Apple play works great and the screen is very detailed. Took about 3 -4 hours. Very easy transaction. No surprises. Great job Crutchfield!

Bought a Jensen Car140MW that I installed in my motorhome. I needed a few questions answered which required 3 phone call to tech support. All 3 calls were with different individuals and all 3 were exceptional. Can't rave enough about the awesome selection, products and support I have received now and over the years with other purchases. I will recommend Crutchfield to anyone who asks about Audio advice.
I’m not sure why they have people to help you lol, their website is all most people need. It is full of so much information. Hands down the best website as far as helping yourself.

The MONOBLOCK Class D car amplifier I purchased arrived a day early (Epic 1000) from the projected delivery date. It replaced the Clarion DPX1000.2 2/1 Channel I bought approximately 20 years ago also purchased from Crutchfield. A local Audio car installer recommended the Epic 1000 - a good amp according to them to power my 300 watt rms Kenwood sub also from Crutchfield. They were asking $300. Crutchfield price $239.

Wow, I’m really happy with my Crutchfield purchase. I bought an old truck with a non-working radio. For less than $100, I got a great Jensen receiver with Bluetooth and USB port, etc. The wiring harness and dash mount were perfect. Literally had a new radio in an hour that looks and sounds great!
