I purchased a set of Klipsch Reference Premier speakers that were not open box items. One of the speakers came out of the factory packaging with a defective foot plate. It appeared that someone at Klipsch dropped the speaker and snapped off the head of one of the mounting screws: an adhesive was used to keep the screw head in place

Bought a new cartridge for my old turntable. Lots of choices. Easy-peasy. Free shipping and fast delivery was nice. Packaging (big box) was a bit over the top for such a tiny parcel.
