I like everything about Crutchfield except the rewards points system. I made two recent orders and would like to make a third. However Crutchfield requires me to wait approximately 2 weeks for the points I earned to be usable. Just annoying

Sales advisor was excellent. Products are superior. Tech support was less than desired. Kept being put on hold so the tech support person could "look up" the issue, which was balancing the tone arm.
