I had 3 boxes arrive today 10-11 and all 3 boxes were opened through the tape like someone was wanting to see what was in boxes. I contacted customer service it would have been easier to not even call. Took pictures and even have on camera but not a care given..

Incredibly unreliable. I had a order of over 100.00 that says delivered but never received. Customer service is just very unhelpful. I am cancelling my membership and deleting my account. I am beyond upset and angry.
Problem with Amazon I have been with Amazon/Prime for about 9-10 years/ It’s funny that I can “Always” order a movie but “Amazon” can block my other orders! I’ve been trying to reactivate my account for the past 2 months! These yahoo’s couldn’t find their way out of a wet paper bag with arrows pointing to ignorant! Every time I talk to some yahoo that is supposed to contact a supervisor for “Amazon” is like looking for an idiot in a hay stack! Amazon goes out of its way to block a customer due to “1” incident “That” had nothing to do with me! I had no idea “2” items were supposed to be delivered as their driver never take the time to at least “Knock” before leaving! Amazon showed a pic. Of the ladder on the front stupe but not the printer! Yet they say both were delivered! Since that point in time “Amazon” has blocked every order, I’ve tried to place! Amazon takes things even further and told me I need to “Open” another account; As they don’t have the brains to re-open the original account!
